About Niz Thomas

Niz Thomas grew up a fan of The Silence of the Lambs, heist movies, and 007. Not surprisingly, as a kid he wanted to be an FBI agent, a cat burglar, and a spy. He decided to go to college instead and has regretted it every day since.

Niz is a twelve-time honoree in the Writers of the Future contest, receiving a Finalist designation for his short story "Vida’s Sixth Trip Around the Sun" and several Silver Honorable Mention awards. He is also the author of over thirty short stories and several forthcoming novels out in 2024, including the highly anticipated horror novella And The Moon Is Full And Bright, the dark suspense novel Family Tree, and the near-future political cat-and-mouse novella, Election Day.
